How does pricing work?
Each facility is priced by its licensed bed capacity: Essential (1–6 beds) is $249/mo, Standard (7–15) $399, Professional (16–49) $699, and Enterprise (50–100) $1,199. Over 100 beds is custom. You pay per facility, so a multi-home operator's bill is the sum of each home's band.
Is there a discount for multiple facilities?
Yes — organizations billing three or more facilities automatically receive a 10% volume discount on the whole subscription.
How much cheaper is annual billing?
Annual plans are billed at 10× the monthly rate — two months free, roughly a 17% saving versus paying month to month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start.
What if my census grows past my band?
You're never locked out. As a facility's licensed capacity increases, its band adjusts and your subscription re-prices automatically, prorated for the remainder of the cycle. A facility can never admit more residents than its licensed bed count — that's a Title 22 ceiling we enforce.
Is Karewel HIPAA compliant?
